Antique cast iron plett pan in excellent condition. Pan was recently restored & re-seasoned, no chips or damage. Item is a family heirloom, it was my grandmothers and she took great care of her kitchen tools. It’s not something I would use, so I would prefer it to go to someone who can appreciate it. Cosmetically it shows minimal wear, please see pictures. Sold as is, please ask any questions prior to offer/purchase.

Guidelines

I strive to do business honestly and professionally, expecting the same from others. This is not Amazon - I am not a store, shop or online retailer, but an individual selling items. Ninety percent of the time there are no issues with transactions, but the 10% minority disrupts business & causes issues, so my guidelines reflect that:

As is items – If an item is sold “as is”, I unfortunately cannot offer guarantees on it; it is used, so please expect it to have wear and usage to varying degrees. I test the items to the best of my ability, post multiple pictures and describe the best I can, but if you have concerns you will need to ask them prior to an offer or purchase. Disagreements after the fact & asking for a return will not be honored. *Exception* If item sold as functioning arrives with a major issue (DOA), I will work with you to come to a fair resolution.

Canceling orders – This is not Amazon, canceling an order can be an issue for sellers, as spending time with eBay & PayPal customer service is trying and it can be difficult to get the fees charged me returned. There is nothing in the system that requires you to bid or make an offer to either view it or ask a question, so there should be no reason for this; The system is not complicated and has multiple steps confirming your choice prior to purchase. If you choose to cancel an order, you must make the request through the eBay system and can only do so before it is shipped. Paypal does not return fees assessed, so any charges they have assessed will be at your cost. Additionally I will most likely block you from bidding any of my future items.

Non-paying bidders – You will be reported & blocked.

Offers- fair & reasonable offers, within the current market, will be considered/negotiated. Low ball offers will be declined.

Shipping – This is not Amazon, I have no volume rates or deals with shipping companies; I pay retail prices for shipping. I generally ship via USPS Priority flat rate mail as it is usually the simplest, most convenient & economical choice for me. If you prefer it shipped via any other carrier, it can be done but that will need to be discussed prior to purchase and the cost will be yours. If you are outside of the continental USA and wish to purchase, the same guidelines apply.

Insurance – As with any item shipped, it's recommend you get insurance to cover your costs if there is any damage done during the shipping process. I always attempt to pack the items well & securely, but I do not have control over them once they leave me. When shipped via priority mail, the service offers a base insurance that varies to the size of the shipment, but additional coverage would be at your cost & request. If damage is done during shipment, I would need you to contact the carrier for restitution.

No Brown M&Ms - In the 1980s, Van Halen buried a rider deep in their contracts saying their dressing room required a bowl full of M&Ms, with all the brown ones removed. They did this to ensure the venue read the entire contract and met their requirements as they had a stage collapse at a prior show because the venue did not read the requirements of their show. That was how Van Halen did business to ensure it was done professionally & honestly.

Thank you.
