I've owned it for many decades and time to rehome from the attic.,

Black velvet bow - trimmed on cream colored, soft to the touch feathers.,

Shows brown stain inside hat in the corner., still fits me as should.

Comes with original hat box 12" x 6 1/2"., Remarkable condition for its age.
