This is a Samurai Sentai Shinkenger ranger key, namely Shinken Blue, based on Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. See pictures for details.
CONDITION: The helmet of the ranger key appears to be chipped, and the hinge that switches the key to key mode swings very easily. A few other small signs of use as well. See pictures for condition details.
