Up for offer is an original antique sideshow carnival circus cabinet photo - this photo features an unknown little person.

I did some image research and I found the same photo in this album that’s part of an archive - details below:

This carte de visite comes from the Fairy Wedding Album, a gift from the E. and H.T. Anthony photography firm upon M. Lavinia Warren's marriage to Charles S. Stratton. Their wedding, known as the Fairy Wedding, was held on February 10, 1863 and saw them showered with gifts from various up-scale manufacturers, including Tiffany and Company who gave Charles and Lavinia a silver coach. Cartes de visite are photographs, usually mounted on a paper card and measuring about 2.5 by 4 inches, popular from about 1850 to the 1870s. Individuals could collect the cartes de visite of various celebrities from different backgrounds including entertainment and politics or sit for portraits themselves. The cartes de visite in this album were likely collected by Lavinia herself, and feature photographs of herself and her husband, Minnie Warren (Lavinia's sister), George Washington Morrison Nutt (fellow performer called Commodore Nutt), and other performers associated with P.T. Barnum over the years. This includes fellow little people like Leopold S. Kahn (Admiral Dot), Hiram W. and Barney Davis (the Wild Men of Borneo), but also fat women, giants, P.T. Barnum himself, as well as performers and managers whose names are not known at the of time of this writing. An exact date that this album was assembled is unknown, and so the range is between the year of Lavinia' wedding, 1863, to the year of her death in 1919.

Photo is in good vintage condition with age appropriate wear - see pics for details.
