This is a rare very small Rolleiflex TLR camera- very cute! Apparently only around 1000 of these were made during the second world war- between 1939-194i. The camera takes 4x4cm negatives on 127 film. It's hard to find 127 film these days- though it is possible to re-spool, old 127 film spools.

As you can see the camera shows it's age with some marks on the leather, etc. Please look at all the photos to assess the cosmetic condition. However no parts are missing and the camera is in working order.

The shutter fires at all speeds down to one second but is a little slow at the very lowest 1/2 and 1 second speeds. This is to be expected in a camera of this age- and could be fixed with a shutter service. The shutter blades are clean.

The aperture blades are dry and move freely, stopping down smoothly.

The Tessar taking lens is clean, there are some colour changes visible on the lens coating. See photos. There are light cleaning marks on the viewing lens. There is no separation or fungus visible inside the lens elements.

the view through the camera is clear- with some dust, but no damage.

Internally the camera is very clean. The film winding mechanism is smooth. Camera has not been tested with film.

Lens hood is in excellent condition.

All in all a fabulous miniature Rolleflex camera suitable for the serious camera collector.
