For Sale is a Hardcover, First Edition of a Book About Female Pilots in WWII, titled, "On Final Approach," (1991) by Byrd Howell Granger.  The book is very well researched and examines the role of women pilots in World War II.  The author was herself a W.A.S.P. and would pass away not long after writing the book.
