 The SSD form factor is 2.5", and it is 7mm in height. This means it is compatible with almost all Laptops and Desktops (For Desktops, you may require a caddy in order to install the 2.5" SSD in a 3.5" drive bay).


The SSD is prepared for UEFI boot. If your laptop is older (usually 2013 or before), please leave a note on the order (or send us a message) stating that you require LEGACY boot support.

If you are not sure whether the computer/laptop supports UEFI booting, you can let us know the model and make. By typing 'System Information' into the start menu and pressing enter, you can check what boot mode you are currently in (if your device has a working Windows installation).

What to do when received

  • Insert the SDD and let it run
  • Connect to your internet
  • Make sure to type in 'update' in the bottom left search bar to install all the necessary drivers, and run all Windows updates
  • This will download updates based on your computers hardware

    Warranty and Returns

    Returns are Free, for any reason within 30 days. Please use the changed my mind option for returns, eBay will generate a postage label for you, if you need to return any items. 

    For Gaming PCs: Please retain ALL original packaging, the packaging is specially made to travel through the postage system to prevent any breakages or damage to the case. 

    All devices come with a 1 year warranty as standard. 

    As Batteries deteriorate over time, they are not covered under the warranty after 6 months. 

    We aim to resolve any issues the same day it arrvies with us, if we have the parts in the stock. If we do not have the parts in stock, one of our team will update you with an updated time frame of when you should expect the repair to be completed.
