Rather scarce 1950s Disney item, made in USA by The Weatherman, Chicago, IL.   Directions can be read on the back of the weatherman, see last two photos.  This toy usually is seen with the bluebird on top of the roof missing as youngsters push, pull or turn too hard - it needs to be turned slowly and gently to line up Donald and Mickey centered up in their doorways and changes in weather will be seen within 8 to 24 hours.  Comes with the original box intact though one of the sides are loose and one of the tabs on top is missing, I have left it alone.  All tabs and front and back portions are intact.  Needs to be handled gently. DISPLAYS BEAUTIFULLY, VERY COLORFUL
