My name is John Newbern and I published the Sex to Sexty joke book starting in the late 60's through most of the 80's in Arlington, Texas.
This art by WARD is a CONTE PENCIL on a piece paper that measures 8 1/2" by 11". It has editing marks, creasing to the paper and was cut to fit into the joke book. The gag was written in pencil on the lower edge and reads "ALLEE-ALLEE- IN FREE!" His signature is on the lower edge above the rug and he wrote his name and address on the backside of the paper.
