Vintage Small Ceramic Quail, Marked 1882, Looks Hand Painted, Good Condition

Cute little quail. Appears to be hand painted but there are no marking on this guy other than the numbers 1882 or maybe 7882. No chips or cracks.

He is around 3" x 2" x 3 1/4" tall.
