Delivery Time

Estimated or Guaranteed Delivery Dates are provided at the time that your order is placed. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, shipping method and service level.

Tracking Numbers are uploaded to eBay as orders are shipped. You will receive an automated shipping notification from eBay with carrier and tracking information when your order has shipped.

Hours of Operation

Our business is open Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed Sunday's and Mondays. Our eBay store matches those same hours. Any messages received Saturday Night, Sunday and Monday will all be answered on Tuesday. Any items paid for during those hours will be shipped out Tuesday morning as well. Thank you. 

Payment

Immediate Payment by PayPal is required on all purchases except Auction items. Although payment through PayPal is required, PayPal accepts all major Credit Cards to make a PayPal payment.

Items purchased in an auction require payment by PayPal within 3 days of purchase. Auction payments are managed automatically by eBay, if an auction item is not paid for within three (3) days eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Case.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the destination address. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us through eBay messaging.

Returns

We accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you need to return an item, please initiate a return request through eBay.
