PAYMENT IS EXPECTED THREE (3) DAYS AFTER AUCTION END - At the end of each auction, I send the Buyer a message to verify that my invoice has been received and offer assistance on any issues encountered with payment. If after two days I have not received a reply, I will file an unpaid item case. If you need three days to pay, or maybe longer, just notify me and we will work it out. I ship the day after payment is made and will provide a tracking number. I provide a shipping weight in my descriptions. When it comes to breakable items, it is not possible to include the EXACT weight prior to packaging. I like to ensure that each item arrives to my buyers still intact. If the packaged weight comes out slightly higher than originally listed it is due to the extreme packaging. Any questions are always welcome. Please do not hesitate to ask.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN IN SHIPMENT - Every item shipped via Priority Mail comes with $50.00 insurance. PLEASE notify me if your item is broken and forward pictures so I may file a claim with the Post Office. I will not refund money prior to receipt of pictures and proof of damage.
