Here is a vintage Akai Stereo Cassette Deck.  Model GX-F90.  Powers on.  All lights work (pic. 3).  All knobs move freely.  No scratches, very nice cosmetically.  Great item.  This gem was found amongst an audiophiles estate.  Untested.  Buying as is.
