These lights have a smaller connecting point to the light stand. (see the 7th picture)
Also it has a 6 pin connector to the power pack. (see the 8th picture)
These lights are made to be used with the Photogenic FlashMaster power packs.
The Flash Head pictured is representative of the condition of all of the lights.
