SHIPPING:

• We post all our items with tracking in Australia only, so there is absolutely no pick-up, unless that option is stated.

• Kindly check your address is correct on eBay, as eBay wont allow us to send it to a different address once you have purchased.

• Australia Post is who we use for packing and items will be packed well, so if there is an issue on arrival and an item is damaged in the post, we will have to work towards resolving that with the carrier if damaged in transit.

• Please message us if you are purchasing more than one item, so we can save you some money by combining the shipping costs.

• Smoke-free premises.

• Many new items are sourced from clearance warehouses, or end of lines, so quantity is limited. Sometimes they will mark the tags or cut tags out of clearance lines.

• Any preloved items most likely on't be in new condition.

• NWOT means new without the swng tag

REFUNDS 

• We gladly refund if an item does not meet the description / photos shown. We usually take more photos than shown so if there is any issues we can check against those too.

• Sizes vary greatly with every brand and this is not a reason for returns. In some instances, 

• if we feel there is a particularly great difference (eg: with Asian sizes, we will list both the size we think it might fit, plus the tagged size to assist you.

• We have a zero tolerance of those who try to wrought the system with fale claims, and work closely with eBay in these rare instances to ensure eBay is a safe place to shop.
