    • After the auction is completed I will need the winners name, address, phone, and email to complete the guest certificate.
    • The guest certificate will be completed online and emailed to the winner through eBay email.

    • The guest certificate holder must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
    • Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
    • Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
    • There will be a $100 credit card hold at check-in, it is refunded when you leave.
    • Any reservation that is less than 7 days has $39-$60 cleaning fee charged by the resort.
    • Parking at the resort is $45.00

    Directions

    From Miami Airport

    Exit airport on 21st Street and bear right on ramp to LeJeune Road/42nd Avenue/SR-953. Go half-mile and turn right onto 12th St. Go half-mile and enter the ramp to westbound SR-836. Go 3 miles and exit via ramp to SR-826. Continue 3 miles to SR-874. Go 7 miles to southbound SR-821. Continue 17 miles to southbound SR-821 exit at Homestead. Go 300 feet to US 1/SR-5. Take US 1 124 miles to Key West. Continue on US 1 to Palm Avenue and turn right, crossing Garrison Bight Bridge. Palm turns into Eaton Avenue. Continue to Whitehead Street and turn right. At end of Whitehead Street, turn left onto Front Street.

    From Key West International

    Go to end of road and turn right. Resort entrance is on left. From Key West International Airport Road, turn right onto Roosevelt Boulevard. Continue until it ends. The road turns to the right becoming Bertha Street. Continue through first traffic signal and slightly left onto 1st Street. At the next major intersection (Roosevelt Boulevard) continue straight head, staying in right lane and crossing Garrison Bight Bridge onto Palm Avenue. Palm turns into Eaton Avenue. Continue to Whitehead Street and turn right. At end of Whitehead Street, turn left onto Front Street. Go to the end of the road and turn right. Resort entrance is on left.
