Doug Flutie 2000 Away gamer, with COA from heritage. This is the only bills flutie with paperwork I’ve seen. It’s authenticated as “issued with signs of wear”. Has a few hit marks and loose threads. Draw your own conclusions. Bought this for my personal collection, but need funds for another item.
