Made from high quality, non-plasticized, food grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) (UPVC), safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and reliable. Widely used in chemistry, water treatment, construction, electricity and other industries.
 
The tube wall is thickened and the inside and outside surfaces are smooth and flat. The coefficient of friction is small, the water flow is even, it is not easy to block and the maintenance is low.

Please Note: Diameters of the fittings is the internal sizes, diameter of the Pipe lengths are the external sizes.

Straight Coupling – Used for permanently joining two pieces of equally sized pipe in a straight line.

45 Degree Elbow – Used for permanently joining two pieces of equally sized pipe at a 45-degree angle.

90 Degree Elbow – Used for permanently joining two pieces of equally sized pipe at a 90-degree angle.

90 Degree Swept Elbow - Used to create a less harsh 90-degree angle bend between two pieces of equally sized pipe pieces. The use of a swept elbow helps reduce loss of flow rate compared to a standard 90 degree elbow.

Tee Piece – Used for permanently joining three pieces of equally sized pipe at 90-degree angles.

End Cap – Used to permanently seal the end of a piece of pipe.

Union Connector – Used for joining two pieces of equally sized pipe in a straight line but can be unscrewed later for easy access / maintenance.

None Return Valve – Used to prevent water back siphoning down the pipe when water pump is stopped. Ideal for applications where there is limited capacity in the sump to accept excess water.

Pipe Clip – Used to secure pipe to wall / cabinetry to hold securely in place.

Double Union Ball Valve – Used to regulate or stop water flow down the pipe. The unions on both sides allow the valve to be easily disconnected for maintenance and cleaning.

Simple Ball Valve – Used to regulate or stop water flow down the pipe.

Gate Valve - Used to finely control water flow. The most accurate type of valve, ideal for use on drain lines to control water level in aquarium / weir.

4 Way Cross – Used for permanently joining four pieces of equally sized pipe at 90-degree angles.

None Return Strainer – Used to strain large pieces of debris and prevent items entering the plumbing system. Please Note: These strainers have a none return valve built into them, which can be removed if not required.

Solvent Weld Glue – Used to permanently glue pipe and fittings together. Supplied in a 120g tub complete with application brush.

PVC Pipe – 1.3m (130cm / 1300mm) – Hard PVC solvent weld pipe compatible with all of our fittings. Due to shipping regulations – we can only supply pipe in maximum lengths of 1.3 metres. If a longer piece is required, we recommend ordering multiple units and connecting the pipe with a straight coupling or union connector.

PVC Pipe – 0.4m (40cm / 400mm) – Hard PVC solvent weld pipe compatible with all of our fittings.

Hose tail Spigot – PLEASE NOTE: The fitting end of the spigots are in external diameter. E.g: 20mm would fit inside a 20mm

Coupling. Used to connect a flexible hose to the PVC plumbing. Ideal for use with return pumps where direct connection to the hard plumbing is not possible and must be achieved with a flexible hose.

Reducing Bush – Used to reduce pipe diameter. The bush simply solvent welds directly onto each end of the pipe.

Reducing Connector – Used to reduce pipe diameter. Provides less pressure loss than a reducing bush due to gradual reduction to the smaller size.

Threaded Male Connector – Threaded male section which is ideal for screwing into pumps or other pieces of equipment.

Threaded Female Connector – Threaded female section which is ideal for screwing onto pumps or pieces of equipment.
