The very rare Dusty Rhodes U.K. Graded MOC

graded at 50% but bubble is completely sealed. When I purchased this I was told it had mold on the back but it’s actually ink and can see a fingerprint at top of card, not sure if that’s affected the grading as definitely better than 50%.
