Some of the packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided. All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received and cleared, excluding weekends and holidays.
International buyers are responsible for their custom duty, tax & brokerage fee.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as address changes or address corrections after item has been shipped.
All merchandise leaves our warehouse properly packaged and in perfect condition. Merchandise received is assumed delivered and no shortage claims will be considered unless noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. Upon your receiving, please inspect your package immediately in the presence of the delivery person. All damage claims must be made with the freight carrier, Top Speed is NOT liable for any damage incurred in transit. We will be glad to help with any claims process.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We ship all our items via various carriers such as Fedex , UPS or USPS.
All returns must be filed through Ebay within 14 days with RMA numbers written on the package, no exceptions will be made.
Please obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before you ship package back. The RMA numbers need to be written on the return package. Packages without the RMA numbers may result in delay of your return process.
20% Re-Stocking fee will strictly enforced on all cancel order, change of mind, just didn't like it order returns.
All the returned Items must be in brand new unused condition, without any signs for installation or modifications.
