An antique dutch Rozenburg Den Haag earthenware porcelain Art Nouveau vase. It is fully hand painted, with beautiful underglaze colors of deep blue, purple, green, lilac, emerald, yellow and red; on a light blue background, with a peacock bird motif on one side, and a floral motif on the other side. Made and signed by Rozenburg Den Haag. Rozenburg was a Dutch pottery factory that operated between 1883 and 1917, in the city The Hague, the Netherlands, Holland. This type of decor and coloring was called "Princesse aardewerk" or "Juliana aardewerk", in honor of the birth of Queen Princess Juliana van Oranje Nassau. Numbered 548 and marked in black underglaze with the Rozenburg hallmark.
