The Ion VCR-2-PC USB Videotape Conversion Player is a VCR

Converts/ Transfer VHS video to Digital File on Computer via USB capture.

You can output and archive old VHS tapes to your computer via USB. Once saved on a computer, DVDs can be burned, clips can be archived, and memories can be saved. You can even capture footage from older video formats, such as VHS, VHS-C and even (8mm tapes; but with use of an 8mm camcorder), by simply plugging your camcorder into the front panel's RCA jacks. The provided EX VHS software makes the entire process quick and easy.

EZ VHS software lets users up-convert VHS to digital file, convert them for viewing on an iPod, PSP or laptop computer via USB. Or  burn videos to DVD via your computer's DVD burner software if applicable....(If your Computer doesn't have an onboard DVD burner; an external one can be used.
