his grid tie inverter is for wind turbine power generation.


The inverter input is 3 phase AC, not DC.


The inverter output is for 220V single phase grid OR 380V 50Hz/60Hz Three phase grid .

 

Before placing the order, please provide the seller the data of the generator (rated power, rated RPM, rated voltage, magnet pairs), thanks.

 

 System Composition
The system mainly includes: wind turbine, lightning protector 1 in wind turbine side, electromagnetic brake system, AC filter in wind turbine side, rectifier boost voltage, dump load circuit, inverting bridge, AC filter in inverter side, common mode filter, AC breakers, lightning protector 2 in grid side, and single-phase 230V grid.  
Hardware Function Introduction
Lightning protector: the lightning protection device at the input and output side of the machine.  
Electromagnetic brake: the machine can start electromagnetic brake to brake the wind turbine when rotational speed is over, inverter output power is over, the temperature is over. 
AC filter:  The ripple and DC components in AC voltage are filtered out, and the AC voltage is transformed into a smooth, harmonic waveform which satisfying the requirements.
Rectifier boost circuit: Transform and boost the three-phase AC voltage generated by wind turbine to required DC voltage. 
Dump load circuit: Redundant power is released by dump load by PWM control. 
Inverting bridge: transform DC to AC
Common mode filter: suppress EMI interference in the circuit.
AC breakers: Cut off the connection between grid and inverting bridge during inverter fault or standby to avoid rectification flow backward

Electrical connection

Please connect those parts according to the order of ①②③④, and notice the following items.

  • Connect two output lines of dump load to the unload terminals “R” “R” of the machine.
  • Connect L “N” and earth wire of grid to the terminals L “N” and “” on the machine relatively.
  • When wind turbine is still or running in a low speed, connects its output line to the “WIND INPUT” terminal on the machine.
  • Connect communication device to the relative communication port if there is a communication device.
  • Check all the connection to make sure they are connected rightly and tightly.
  • Note
  • Please measure the voltage and frequency of the grid before connect the system to the grid.
  • AC “L” N cannot be connected to the earth wire terminal, or the machine will be damaged permanently.
  • The switch should be at “BRAKE” status while installation, and changed to “RUN” status when it works.
