Brand new unused Woodpeckers Morty Loose Tenon Router Jig in Woodpeckers branded Systainer3 plus extra Amana router bits. Includes all original components - jig; flag stops, extension rods and wrench; Amana 1/4" carbide spiral router bit; router guide bushings and locking ring; centering mandrel; positioning key to rotate jig template for angled mortises; instructions; and sample lengths of 8mm white oak and beech tenon stock. Also includes extra bits - Amana 1/8" and 7/32" carbide spiral router bits.
Precision machined from solid aluminum and stainless steel, jig can make all 7 sizes of mortises that the two Festool Domino mortisers can make using various combinations of router bits and guide bushings. The 3 included bits allow you to make 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm mortises. Add your own 3/8" and 1/2" bits to make 10mm, 12mm and 14mm mortises.
