Rare Vintage Scooby Doo Flower Power Design 10" Mini Vinyl Backpack Bag 90s

This is a rare vintage Scooby Doo flower designed 10" mini vinyl backpack/lunch bag from the 90s.  This is so retro looking.  This would be a nice piece for that Scooby Doo lover.  I believe this is for a child.  Please look at all pics as they are part of the description and show the condition.
