Tips:

Absolutely ideal for brambles and weeds, slices through majority of stubborn and unwanted garden growth, even really thickly established brambles.

It will take shrubs out with a stem of up to 30mm - 40mm. Anything bigger and it may take multiple strikes

The blade is easy to maintain and can be kept sharp using a stone if required or we have a couple of tool sharpeners that put a edge on it far more efficiently 

The curved blade is great for hooking cut stems and branches towards you so that you can then cut again or clear away.

For Grass:

In summer, long dry grass it cuts through fine.

short and wet grass is far more difficult to work with. It becomes a two handed operation. 

Grip a tuft in one hand pull tight and then swipe through to make the cut.
