In overall  condition but please note it has flaws.

Large crease to front cover top RHS and smaller ones to bottom RHS and rear.

Theres also a small tear to front bottom of cover. Tried to show condition as best as possible from photos.

Pages are slightly yellow but actuall mainly good.
