Backstory is we ordered for a server RAM upgrade not knowing we needed 2, paid $1600.  The server's future is uncertain so we decided it wasn't worth $3200.  Clicked to return and the instruction email never came.  And customer support was no help.  And then finally talk to someone that says it has been past 30 days.  Upset is an understatement.  Dumping on ebay.  Another life lesson.
