If the shipping cost seems excessive (for a small item for example), you want to combine different items, prefer a specific shipping company, or no price is listed for your location, you are welcome to inquire and we'll check what we can do. We offer a wide variety of items and use multiple shipping companies, so listing every possible shipping option/combination is simply not feasible. Often the actual shipping cost turns out a bit lower or higher than quoted, which balances out overall, but if it turns out to be significantly lower than listed, we will refund the difference.
Orders are sent out the same or next working day unless requested otherwise. Shipping time will inevitably vary depending on the destination and shipper used, but usually it will be under one week, rarely it may take up to two weeks, but longer than that is probably a sign that something has gone wrong. Send us a message if that happens and we'll get to the bottom of it.
Everything is shipped in environmentally friendly recycled packaging, expertly packed with appropriate padding. All our packages ship with tracking and insurance, so if you notice any damage, don't hesitate to make the deliveryperson note that down, check the contents and/or refuse receipt, we'll take it from there.
Returns are generally not accepted, but we may be lenient if you at least offer to cover the shipping costs. Obviously we will accept returns if there was a mistake in the listing or the item was damaged in transit. Everything is tested again right before shipping (if not factory sealed), so the item is always working when it leaves us (if an issue pops up at that time, you will be contacted before we ship). Please do not try to return an item simply because you made a mistake or you changed your mind, this is not a regular online retail shop that calculates that into their prices. If you want to keep getting the cheapest possible deals on this website, act accordingly.
