It is painted in colors of blue with a large striped fish in the middle and smaller fish and palm trees along the edges. There are holes on the ends for easy carry. It is a whimsical painted piece. It could be used in a variety of ways - a serving plate, a display plate, a trinket dish for bracelets, watches, keys or whatever else you can think of. It is bright and colorful. It measures 11.5" x 6.5".
