DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch items on the next working day (Monday - Friday.) In the rare case this is not possible, all orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving payment.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service unless otherwise specified.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We only accept international orders through eBay's Global Shipping Program. If you are based outside the UK and order without using the Global Shipping Program, your order will be cancelled and we'll contact you to see how you wish to proceed.

30 DAY RETURNS

We accept all returns within 30 days of your order being received.

CHANGE YOUR MIND

In the case you no longer wish to purchase an item you've received, please contact us or open a return case through eBay. Ship the item back to us in the same condition it was sent, and we will provide a full refund via PayPal.

The power cable is free from hardening/ aging, with no signs of damage, cuts, cracks, burn marks or crushing.
