This doll was originally purchased in the 1960s in the museum gift shop at the On-a-slant Mandan Indian village located south of Mandan, North Dakota, inside the Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park. The doll is almost 8" tall and moves at the shoulders and hips although her arms and legs do not bend. The eyes open and close and function well. She is dressed in a leather, beaded dress and moccasins. The papoose is also wrapped in leather. A yellow feather adorns her hair, hanging from her headband.

Stains are visible on both the dress and moccasins. Some leather from the dress appears to have stuck to the doll's upper legs and then pulled away, leaving behind some residue. There are no scratches or knicks of any kind visible on the plastic doll. The hair is in very good condition, as is the papoose.

Please study the pictures (they are part of the description) and feel free to ask questions. I do not offer returns.
