Unit plays discs, but is being sold as “needs repair”. (See below).

Cosmetically very clean as shown.

Sounds as good as you would expect from a high end Sony.

PLAY ISSUE:

When the first disc of the day is inserted the unit will play about 20-30 seconds of track one and then jump back to the beginning or stop playing.

If the disc is reloaded, it usually plays as it should all the way through.

Also, if a disc is inserted and you play a few seconds of one of the later tracks and then jump back to Track 1, it plays the entire disc perfectly. No issues.

Something is not quite right with it, but I don’t know what.

I don’t have the knowledge or time to try and repair this, but it is clearly something that can be fixed.
