Original 1850 Elijah Burritt's Atlas Geography of Heavens w Plates I-VIII Astronomical / Constellations

This "Atlas Designed to Illustrate the Geography of the Heavens" is in fair-good condition. Paper is solid, lots of stains, small tears and tattered, yellowing, but still easy enough to read. Not bound, pages are loose. Plates I & VIII span two pages. Previous owner was Alice Bascom of Newport, N.H. She was born in 1837 and died in 1934. An estate find from New Hampshire (her daughter). Measures 14-1/2" by 16-1/2".
