Looks great, all keys work, no cosmetic issues

This keyboard works when connected directly using a USB cable but does not work wireless. It isn't recognized by my computer using Bluetooth

Could be a battery issue, could be just my computer, I'm not sure. Hopefully you will know more than I do!
