Easy to chip. The glaze hasn't been finished very well on the inside and on the outside of some of the items, you can see streaking on the majority of the items. There is a small dent on the bottom of the jug and a small bit of paint, this is a manufacturers defect. The backend of the jug has two tiny chips - please refer to the images.
