Hard-to-find fun vintage Anne Klein brooch in very good condition - this was well-cared for! Whimsical gift designed by one of the great women of fashion! In exceptional condition - depicts an old High Wheel, or Penny Farthing, bicycle in polished bright gold tone. I see no issues, no scratches, etc. at all.
My best guess is this was made in the early 1970s when Anne Klein was at the pinnacle of her success. Sadly, she passed away in 1974 from breast cancer. The company eventually was headed by Donna Karan, so this could also be a later piece. But based on the style and how rare it is I suspect it was from early 1970s.
