Up for sale is a recent find from a large collection of Turquoise pieces acquired at Auction, an Antique 1920's Art Deco RARE Natural #8 Mine Nevada Turquoise Hand Engraved 10k Solid White Yellow & Rose Gold Men's Ring in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. This Antique 1920's Art Deco 10k Solid White Yellow & Rose Gold Men's Ring is set with a STUNNING LARGE 17.5x12.5mm RARE Natural #8 Mine Turquoise Gemstone. This #8 Mine Turquoise is of the HIGHEST QUALITY and has Beautiful Sky Blue Color with a chocolate brown matrix. This is all natural Turquoise that is not color enhanced in any way and is guaranteed as such. The #8 Turquoise mine in Eureka County north of Carlin Nevada was discovered in 1925 and first mined in 1929 until its depletion. The mine was closed as a result of the discovery of gold in 1976 when the Newton Gold Company claimed the area. In its prime, the Number 8 mine produced some of the largest nuggets of turquoise ever found. This Turquoise is a Rectangular Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. This turquoise is in PERFECT PRISTINE CONDITION absolutely free of any chips, nicks, breaks or scratches. This classic 10k solid white gold ring has great solid yellow & rose gold shoulder accents with beautiful hand engraved details around the bezel. The dark areas on the gold in the photos are not blemishes but shadows and reflections due to the difficulty in photographing the highly polished white gold. A Note Regarding Our Shipping Safety: The inside of our shipments is cleaned along with the ring box and packing materials with Tricide 10, a virucidal in an alcohol spray that disinfects and leaves no residue. Regarding Ring Sizing: Be wary of any online seller that offers sizing of a ring before it is shipped to you. Due to differences in measuring devices and the way certain types of rings fit these rings should only be sized in person by your local jeweler. Sizing by your local jeweler is relatively inexpensive and you will have a ring that properly fits your finger. All size 9 rings are not the same. The ring may fit on a mandrel and measure as a size 9 but the way the ring is made, the way the ring has been enlarged or reduced, and the finger type you have may make it fit like an 8 or 10 or worse. Have your sizing done in person for a proper fit.

The tall measurement is the distance from the bottom or shank of the ring to the middle peak of the gemstone most easily measured when wearing the ring and placing the hand flat on the table and measuring the height of the ring from the table. The wide measurement is the width of the ring from outside to outside at the widest point when looking at the ring from the top. The rise from the finger measurement is the height of the ring from the finger to the peak of the gemstone when worn.

In the final photo the tick marks on the L-Square are 1 millimeter apart.
