Condition is used see photos, this is from a estate, it’s been in storage and is dirty on the inside and outside. This does have a key that locks and unlocks it. The key will be inside a cardboard envelope inside the case which is unlocked.

This will need to be cleaned. I’ll leave that up to the buyer. So it will be received as shown in the photos.
