Gypsy jazz guitar handmade by luthier Ian Meredith.

This is an oval hole 'petit bouche' antique/vintage finish.

It is number 18, made in 2017. This one was Ian's personal guitar.

Rosewood / Eucalyptus laminate back and sides. Spruce top, ebony fingerboard, rosewood bridge, 5 piece maple neck  and Miller handmade tuners,  frets in good condition, 670 mm scale.

It has Ian's own design piezo pickup fitted (similar to Bigtone) The bridge has a removable saddle so the action can be lowered. It's currently at 3mm.

This has been used on a daily basis since I bought it so it shows signs of wear on the fingerboard. There is also a lacquer

crack on the upper bout which I have tried to show. This was checked by Ian himself, it is just the lacquer and part of the antique finish as is the aged tailpiece.

Very easy to play, modern Manouche sound. Bright and zingy for solos and dry on rhythm.

Included is a Thomann Hiscox style hard case in great condition and I'll put some new strings on.
