In Good Working Condition; Woodstream PF1040 Old Pal Tackle Box Plastic Orange in Color w/ Folding Tray.  Measures 12" long by 6" wide by 5" tall. Good condition. Only issue is this was left with some rubber worms on top tray. These ate into the plastic. Shown in photos. Still perfectly sturdy and fully usable.
