Nice overall vintage condition.

The base is in nice condition - quality solid rosewood construction. 

The cushion itself is pretty worn and has this clear plastic covering on top. It has some stains on the fabric. You can remove the cushion by unscrewing the 4 screws from the bottom (see photo #11/12) in case you want to have it replaced or reupholstered.
