Item is still in package but listing as used since there is some separation from the card.  The card also has some creases and dinged corners.  Item lights up and makes sound when twisting the throttle.  The factory batteries will need to be replaced as the lights/sound cut off after a short period.  Will include 2 new AAA batteries with purchase.  Please refer to all pictures.
