This item is ICOM IC-821D 144/430MHz 45/35W all mode transceiver. There are some small scratches, but it is clean with no noticeable scratches or dents. There is no problem with both sending and receiving, but we have not been able to check the operation in detail. I was mainly using it for reception only, but when I measured the output with a dummy connection for this listing, both 144 and 430 were output, and 144 is 35W and 430 is 40W, but the accuracy is unknown.
