【Activation Method】
1. Upon arrival at your destination, insert the data card (If you are using a dual-SIM smartphone, please put it into the SIM 1 card slot.)
2. Enable data roaming in your phone settings and keep network selection on automatic. Wait for your phone to automatically search for and connect to the network provider.
3. Automatic network search may take about 5-10 minutes (depending on local signal reception).
4. After successfully searching for and connecting to the network provider, activation is complete.

【Important Notes】
- If customers are unable to use the data SIM card properly, please check and adjust the phone settings.
- Ensure that the signal reception at your location is good. Network speed may vary depending on location, surrounding environment, usage period and device. Any connection failure due to bad weather or rural areas is the responsibility of the local service provider.
- Check if your phone has "data roaming" turned on (if required).
- Set up APN (Phone Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names/APN) if necessary. (APN: internet)
- Manually select mobile data network providers (try each network provider one by one, and be patient while waiting) if needed.
- If you still can't access the internet properly, please restart your phone.
【Return Policy】
SIM cards must remain in their original packaging and must not be opened or activated. Once a SIM card is unpacked or activated, it is non-refundable.
