PAYMENT
           
We only accept payments through PayPal (which supports Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or E checks). Payment must be received within 7 days after issuance of invoice. eBay's Unpaid Item Policy "requires buyers to pay for the items that they commit to purchase". To claim back the Final Value Fee from eBay, we have to file an Unpaid Item Report if you deliberately default on payments. SHIPMENT
         

All orders placed on Mon. - Fri. will ship in 1-5 business days.
All orders place on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We ship only to PayPal verified addresses. Please make sure the correct Ship-To address is entered before checking out. Generally speaking, we will ship your items to the specified address you filled. So please fill it carefully, once confirmed, you will be responsible for that. But if you fill it wrongly at that time, please correct it within 2 days after you place the orders.

1. Certain post codes carry a surcharge for courier delivery, however, in most cases the item can be dispatched on a slower service at no extra charge.
2. We ensure the items you placed will be handled in specific period. But if you wait for a long time, which goes beyond official logistic time largely. That case is out of our control, please understand.
3. Combined Shipping Discounts. For multiple purchases, the combined shipping discount will be automatically calculated when you check out and pay all of the purchases at a time. If items are checked out separately, combine shipping discounts will not be offered.
4. Customers from Brazil, Russia, Italy, South America, Sri Lanka, and Maldives sometimes will receive your items after 30 days or more. Please be patient.

RETURN
           
1. Returns:  You must contact us for authorization code before returning any goods.
2. New  Items: We will offer refund for new items which are returned within 30 days  from the date of delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the same  brand new, unused and salable condition with all labels and original packaging.  If the goods are unsuitable (don’t fit for example), a full refund for the  purchased price will be offered.
In  this case postage costs will not be refunded. You will be obliged to pay the  cost to return the items to us. It may take up to 15 days to refund your  purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse.
3. Guarantee:  We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or  materials under normal use. We guarantee that the goods are fit for their  intended use and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product  before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the  goods to a use which is not intended.
4. Airport  Damage to Luggage: We strongly recommend you examine your luggage carefully  before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airports staff is  not covered by your manufacturer’s warranty. You must file a claim with the  airline before leaving the airport.
5. On-Board  Luggage: Due to worldwide terror alerts many international airlines and  airports are imposing regulations on the size of cabin luggage being allowed  on-board. We are unable to account for every single airport or airline around  the world, with an ever increasing number of changes to size restrictions being  imposed. The customer is obliged to check with their airline what maximum size  cabin luggage they are allowed to take on board, and it is also the customers  responsibility to check the cabin luggage size ordered from us for suitability  with their airline before checking in at the airport. Your statutory rights are  not effected.
6. If  for some reason you're not satisfied with our service or product quality,  please contact us within 3 days after you get the package, you can return the  products to us in original package and we will refund your money after we get  the package!(Shipping cost is NOT refundable and you should responsible for the  return shipping.)
