The pant cuff is sewn up as shown and that’s about 1.75”. In that cuff is another 1.5”+ to use. So you could easily add about 3.25”+ to the inseam. Also about 1.5” extra if you need to make the legs wider. And 2” to make any waist adjustments. On the jacket extra 1.25” to add width and 2”+ to add length.
