This is a sissy bar for a Harley Davidson. This came off a 1979 shovelhead but will be suitable for other years and models. It is in good useable condition with age related light scratches and marks. There is a scuff on top of the pad as shown in photos. Measurements are width 21cm  at rear  21.5cm front across inside of side plates  . 23.4cm from centre to centre of holes.
