This is “La Cajita Feliz" (Happy Meal) toy from 2000 commemorating the 2000 Olympics. They were distributed throughout Latin America. Each Mickey Mouse has a flag from one of 40 countries, along with the countries' name on his shirt. This Mickey Mouse Is holding the Costa Rica flag. Mickey Mouse Is in original blind or mystery packaging, the bag is open to reveal the country.

In original packaging - blue plastic bag packaging is cut open but items inside are new.
