Very nice for its age, some wear and tear and it takes some time for it to settle into race track mode, as they've been folded up for years. One bleacher wall on each pop up case is torn, but the torn sides holds the structure up better than the still connected side, if I were to keep them I'd consider disconnecting the other side as well (see photos, it will make sense).

We have two of these and they are in the same condition.
